  • You must not misuse our website or services to distribute spam, malware, or harmful content.
  • You agree not to submit unlawful, infringing, or offensive content or images.
  1. Ordering and Project Delivery
  • All service requests must be submitted through our official platform or via email.
  • Project requirements must be clearly defined (file format, instructions, turnaround time, etc.).
  • Standard turnaround is 24-72 hours for up to 1000 images, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Delivery formats are typically JPEG, PNG, PSD, or TIFF unless specified.
  1. Pricing and Payment
  • Prices vary depending on complexity, volume, and turnaround time.
  • We may offer custom quotes after reviewing sample images.
  • Payments must be made via our accepted payment methods (e.g., PayPal, Wise, bank transfer).
  • For new clients, advance payment may be required.
  • We offer monthly billing options for regular clients with approved accounts.
  •  All sales are final.
  1. Revisions and Satisfaction Guarantee
  • We offer 2 free revisions if the final result does not meet the agreed-upon requirements.
  • Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Revisions do not apply to changes in original instructions or additional editing beyond the initial request.

6. No Refund Policy

  • co maintains a strict No Refund Policy.
  • Due to the nature of digital and creative services, once the work has been started or delivered, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances but client can request a revision work.
  • Clients are encouraged to request a free trial or sample work before placing a large or bulk order to evaluate our quality.
  • Our commitment is to offer revisions to ensure client satisfaction within the agreed scope of work.
  1. Intellectual Property
  • You retain all rights to the original images submitted.
  • We do not claim ownership of your content and only use it to fulfill your service request.
  • We may request permission to use finished work in our portfolio or marketing (with client’s consent).
  1. Confidentiality and Data Protection
  • We treat all client images and information as confidential.
  • Your files will not be shared, sold, or used for any purpose other than completing your project.
  • All data is stored securely and deleted upon request or after 60 days of project completion.
  1. Account and Access
  • Clients may create accounts to manage projects and invoices.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for misuse, fraud, or breach of these terms.
  1. Limitation of Liability
  • Clippingpath.co will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
  • We are not responsible for any losses resulting from delays due to technical issues, force majeure, or client-side delays.
  1. Service Availability
  • While we aim to maintain continuous service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access due to maintenance or unforeseen outages.
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

  • Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.

  • These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, where our company Prem IT is legally registered.
